Families Moving Forward Volunteer Opportunities
Monday, April 17, serving jointly with Christ the King and Holy Infant:
- 5:30-6:30 pm, 2 people to help serve the catered meal provided by Thrills from the Grill and cleanup afterwards.
- 6:15-7:30 pm, 5 people to work with children while parents attend a house meeting. Some will be helping the youngest children (up to 4-years old) cross the street to Scarborough Nursery and participate in age-appropriate enrichment there. A certified teacher will be in each classroom. Volunteers helping with 4 and 5-year old’s will either be observing a pilot PEACH program or leading activities provided by FMF. Yet others will work with leaders of the “Arts Together” program for 6 – 9-year olds. Volunteers may also work with older children in Study Buddies.
Tuesday, April 18 – Hope Valley is responsible for the catered family meal on Tuesday evening. If you would like to help provide funds for this mission outreach, please see Rachel Dossett. Thank you for your consideration.
